Product Details:
The GE DS200DTBDG1ABB is a Contact Output Expansion Termination Module designed for GE’s Mark V Turbine Control System—used to manage wind, gas, and steam turbine automated drives, and part of GE’s final product series leveraging its patented Speedtronic technology. Despite lacking a special modular assembly tag in its product number, it functions as a critical termination hub for contact outputs in Mark V systems.
Physically, it measures 11.25 inches (length) × 3 inches (height), features a thick, standard PCB protective coating, and includes Mark V-standard voltage-limiting components. It is secured via screws to a specific drive interior location and connects to key Mark V boards via dedicated connectors: JS1-JS8 for TCRA relay signals, J8 for TCPD solenoid power, and J19/J20 daisy-chained for contact output power. Installation requires careful screw removal to avoid dropping hardware into the drive, which risks shorts or component damage, labeling of cables for easy reinstallation, and routing cables to not block air vents.
