The GE DS200SSBAG1A is a specialized Drive Snubber Board designed for GE’s Mark V Series, exclusively optimized for DC300/2000 drives. Its core role is to provide snubber functionality—controlling and managing electrical energy within the drive system—working in tandem with other components to ensure reliable, efficient operation of DC300/2000 setups.
Hardware-wise, it includes two AZ CAP K90017-437 batteries, a 2-pin FCPL connector, three functional capacitors, and four terminal posts three for connecting cables to on-board components, with the fourth requiring terminal ID tagging if used. Installation and replacement follow specific guidelines: cables must be matched to terminals, the 2-pin connector cable should be tagged with the board’s connector ID for easy reattachment.
